• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the wow88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

However, no security system is entirely infallible, and you acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk with respect to security matters beyond wow88's reasonable control.

All financial transactions on the wow88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable minimum deposit amounts.
• wow88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your wow88 account.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wow88 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. wow88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). wow88 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until satisfactory verification has been completed.

• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

wow88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wow88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
